U Bastio Rossese DOC is a light dry red wine from Liguria wine region. It is a perfect wine for warm summer days, to be enjoyed slightly chilled (16-17 degrees).
The wine is made of a local Ligurian Rossese grape, is elegant and delicate, soft with a slightly bitter aftertaste. It is ruby red more with bright aromas of fruits of the forest berries.
Best served with stewed fish, rabbit with Taggiasche olives, Ligurian cheeses and cured meats.
