Clean and light intensity golden colour with yellow reflexes. High viscosity. Clean and intense nose with peach and yellow apple, sweet spices like vanilla and honey. Dry wine with a light sweet-bitter aftertaste, what makes the sip rounder. Medium acidity and salty finish. Lovely character with warm spices from the oak barrel. Complex and contains everything what is necessary in a big wine. Cinnamon nutmeg and clove for the end of the long finish in rounded harmony with honey and special mineral character. Alcohol: 13.5%, Residual sugar: 3.4g/l. Single vineyard selection from the Bomboly vineyard/Mad from red riolit tuff mixed with red clay soil. Fermented and aged in new Hungarian oak barrels for 9 months. Bottled in June 2018.
