batches, they make the pure "guarapo", also known as sugar cane juice, and

Tres Hombres Republica Dominicana is matured using the solera method. The rum is
matured in sherry, Moscatel and red wine barrels. The oldest rum in this
bottling is 18 years old. Tres Hombres is the only rum brand that transports its
rum barrels on sailing ships.
