Joseph Masachs are a 4th generation wine making family located in Catalonia, Spain. Since the mid 1920s the Masach family have continued to purchase land and plant vines, farming them in a certified organic manner. They produce a range of still and sparkling wines, focussing on high quality cavas made from grape varietals native to the region.

This is the Masachs La Mitica Cava Reserva Brut Rosé which is made from the Trepat grape variety and have been hand selected during harvest. A lovely pale pink colour, this Rose Cava is vegan friendly and made without the use of artificial herbicides and pesticides in the vineyard. Expect delicate hints of strawberry and raspberry with a nice crisp and acidic finish.
