The St. George's Distillery divides its whiskies into 'chapters' to make it easier to distinguish the developmental stages of the different whiskies.
So with every new bottling a new chapter is added to the distillery's book.
The English Whisky Co. Chapter 6 Rare Single Malt Whisky matures for 3 years, is peat-free and is bottled without cold filtration and without colouring.

Nose: Soft, slightly spicy, sweet, notes of grass, vanilla, bananas, pears, hints of marzipan.
Taste: Full-bodied, fruity, nutty, malty, wood, vanilla, muesli, hints of citrus fruits.
Finish: Long lasting, fruity.
