The Grapes is a sour beer made using unfermented, soured wort, which is then put into a Syrah barrel for six months with naturally occurring yeast and bacteria found on the skins of English Pinot Noir Grapes (provided from our good friends at Renegade London Wine). In colour it is a vibrant pink. The taste is subtly tart with a natural wine funk, subtle tannins and hints of cherry fruits.
