Grape vine cuttings are perfect for grilling or smoking beef, lamb, pork, fish and game they will add a fruity richness to your meal. You only need a small quantity to benefit from the flavour. These are grape vine canes hand-pruned from our vineyard. They are then cut to fit the average BBQ and air dried ready for you to use. When smoking foods subtle flavours can be added by pre-soaking the vines in wine, beer or tea. This package contains 25 x 25cm long vine cuttings, weighing 400-500g. Grown on our vineyard and hand trimmed onsite these are a Sustainable Nottinghamshire grown product.
