The cool climate and abundance of sunshine, characteristic of Appledore, works to create this delicious and impressive English Chardonnay.   Grapes picked from Gusbourne Estate, in the heart of Kent, provide the bold foundation and whilst having a distinctly mineral driven character, the softer tones of butter, vanilla and toast, evolved through the 10 month fermentation in oak barriques come through to delicately balance the wine into a lasting finish.
