The fruit for our Chardonnay was sourced from a beautiful winegrowing region in the North West of Italy. The vineyard is owned by a family who have been passionate grape growers and winemakers for generations. The sunny hillside vines are planted on a mixture of clay and limestone, are naturally low yielding, providing fruit with great concentration and flavour.

The grapes were handpicked and whole-bunch pressed to used French oak barrels for fermentation and ageing. We think the wine shows citrus and melon notes with an underlying creamy palate. Subtle vanilla and biscuity flavours add to the complexity and length.
