Light copper colour, youthful red fruits on the nose with a fine filigree mousse, and a fabulously long finish. This wine is excellent to drink young or can be cellared to allow the structure and more mature characteristics to evolve.

Serve with : Fantastic when paired with Poached Sole, Fried Mushrooms, or Fresh Pasta with Grated Truffle. Experiment pairing this yeastier style with earthier foods.
