 This wonderful Piedmont wine is a fresh yet complex Gavi, made with established and old vine fruit. Made by winemaker Claudio Manera, the grapes are hand-picked, pressed and undergo temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. The wine then remains on its lees for 3 months.

There are aromas of citrus and green apple; then the palate is broad and structured with more apple flavours, stone fruit, hints of lemon and a refreshing minerality. A beautiful wine, ideal with white cream based pasta dishes, white fish and chicken dishes.

We love our Italian whites and this vintage, is a stunning example which gives much pleasure.
