From the vineyards of South Eastern Australia. This aromatic wine is packed with juicy summer berry fruits and spices. The generous mulberry fruit is well balanced with spicy characters, leading to a soft approachable palate with good weight and length.
The grapes were harvested during the cool of the night & delivered without delay to
the winery. The grapes are destemmed & crushed into a Static Fermenter where the wine is fermented on skins for 6 days to extract optimal flavour, colour and tannins.
After pressing, malolactic fermentation & clarification, the wine is stored in oak to build structure & flavour.
All this so you can enjoy the perfect accompaniment to ribs, brisket and pulled pork, amongst other dishes. Perfect with barbeques or indoor roasts.
