Selections is an impressive white dry wine, made from Savignon Blanc and the Greek grapes' variety Malagouzia, both grown in mountainous vineyards of Rhodes island. Selections is produced by CAIR Winery in Rhodes island and is marked as P.G.I. wine. This impressive wine has rich aromas of citrus fruit and flowers and 12.5% ABV. Ideally paired with seafood dishes, grilled fish or white meat, salads and mild cheeses. Vintage 2017. Best served at 10 - 12 °C.
