Izadi El Regalo is a red wine from the D.O. La Rioja made by the Izadi winery. This wine is a coupage of the Tempranillo (90%) Graciano, Garnacha and Mazuelo (10%) varieties. The grapes used by Izadi El Regalo come from 35 year old vineyards located in the towns of Villabuena, Samaniego and Ábalos. They grow in clay-calcareous soils. In the winery, the grapes go through a process of destemming and slight crushing. The subsequent fermentation of the Izadi El Regalo must takes place in stainless steel tanks.
