Tasting Notes: Sublime red colour with purple hues, nose of intense black fruits mixed with notes of truffle. On the palate the wine shows of its structure with beautifully elegant tannins. The wine is particularly dense, its tastes lingering on the tongue, its finish expressed by a beautiful retronasal aroma of ripe fruits.

Serving temperature : serve at a temperature of 14-16°C

Food: It accompanies wonderfully meats (beef, duck, pigeon, lamb, game) blue cheeses, dark chocolate desserts.
