Valpolicella DOCG

Brigaldara Amarone is a rich, full-bodied wine produced in the hills north of
the historic town of Verona in northern Italy. It is made from local grape
varieties, Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara. which are dried and then fermented.
The wine is aged for up to 30 months in oak casks before bottling. Amarone is
ideal with highly flavoured foods such as meat and cheese.
