Located on the historic Silverado Trail in Napa Valleys Oak Knoll District, Black Stallion Estate Winery pays homage to the rich history of the 32-acre estate which was once home to the Silverado Equestrian Center. The property was purchased in 2010 by the Indelicato family, a fourth generation family-owned company founded in 1924. Sourcing from the most prestigious vineyards, the winery is committed to making only the most expressive wines. The Limited Release Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is an elegant and full-bodied wine that is quintessentially Napa. Aromas of blackberry, black cherry and hints of cinnamon are present on the nose; while the palate is dark and ripe with jammy fruit and savoury notes. The tannins are velvety and the wine is beautifully balanced. The wine spent 21 months in French oak and there were only 1050 cases produced. Cellar for 10-15 years.
