Produced in the traditional way and refined in steel vats and oak casks. “Solagi” is located in the territory of Cirò Marina, where an ancient tower stands. This small fortress, built during the swabian-angioin period, functioned as a lookout and was used to warn the local inhabitants of imminent dangers giving them time to take shelter.

What to expect? Ruby red. Fruity hints with withered flowers. Pleasant fresh finish.

Pairing tips: excellent with gravies, roasts and well-matured cheese.

Wine producers since the nineteenth century, both families Caparra & Siciliani take great pride in mastering the Cirò Classico D.O.C., a true expression of the territory it belongs to, Calabria. The two families have a long standing wine and agriculture tradition and work only with grapes raised in their vineyards on the soft hills of Cirò and the flatlands of Cirò Marina, facing the Ionian sea, benefiting from a sea breeze that cools out hot summer seasons and gives their wines an elegant finishing touch.
