Domaine Henri Boillot is located in Meursault in Burgundy. They grow Chardonnay and Pinot Noir without the use of insecticides and herbicides, and heavy pruning takes place in spring to limit yields. Fruit is harvested as late as possible to ensure maximum phenolic maturity. 

As a result, their Chardonnays are fragrant and shows off plenty of layered fruit notes of lemon, lime, pear and apple. Fresh and clean on the palate with some tropical flavours showing through, hints of mango and stone fruits. Great energy and lovely fresh crisp finish with an excellent length. From a great vintage, will develop for years. Great value!
