Domaine Huet has been practicing biodynamic agriculture for over twenty-five years. Grapes are hand-picked and winemaking is performed with the best traditional way. Huet Le Mont Sec is dry with baked apple, quince, lemon and ginger notes, long mineral finish with integrated acidity. It has a silky texture, fine, pure and elegant. Medium to full-body wine has the potential to age well.

This is juicy, but still a bit compact overall, with the core of ample pear, quince and ginger flavors in reserve.
