Made from a careful blend of Rondo and Bacchus varieties adapted to the English climate, Eosinia is a bright, light, ruby pink colour, with an aromatic, grassy aroma and hints of fresh strawberries. Crisp acidity on the palate with red berry fruit of redcurrants and strawberries. Medium body with a crisp, refreshing finish.

Pairing tips: A great match with any Indian curry or middle eastern cuisine. Also perfect on its own.

About the vineyard: Nestled in the South Downs National Park, this family run vineyard benefits from a south-easterly exposure on gentle sloping hillsides. Warmed by the mild Sussex climate, the grapes mature slowly, surrounded by green meadows and views over picturesque hills.
