Milton Park is home to the Thorn-Clarke winery in South Australia, owned and operated by the Clarke family with six generations of grape growing and winemaking heritage. The Milton Park range of wines is made from grapes sourced from the familys own vineyards and other select vineyard sites in South Australia, which allows consistent quality year to year and ensures the range is very competitively priced. The Milton Park Shiraz has a nose of lifted berry fruits, with hints of dark chocolate and spice. It is medium bodied with intense plummy fruit which fills the whole palate and combined with the soft and approachable tannins creates an opulent, mouthfilling wine. The length of flavour is long with plummy and liquorice fruit and hints of spicy oak.
