Intense ruby colour. The nose is elegant with a clear scent of red berries. The mouth is delicate with a delightful red fruits, spices and vanilla notes.
Delicious with a grilled red meat, a stew and lamb as well as with pasta and risotto dishes. Excellent with cured meat and strong cheeses.
