This blanc-de-blanc is the new cuvee in the Legend family. 100 % Chardonnay, handcrafted in the purest champenoise traditon, with the base-wine having been matured for 6 months in French oak casks which previously held Meursault.

Light yellow robe with green and gold reflections. A flattering and aerial nose with floral and white fruits notes. Precise and elegant on the palate, followed by slightly yellow plum finish and an astonishing roundness.

Great aperitif wine but would also match well white meats and cooked fish.

The name, Charles Legend, is a tribute to the British influence on Champagne; specifically to Charles II of England, who fell in love with the wines of Champagne on a trip to France.
