At the end of the 80s he decided to keep these vineyards to himself with the ambition to make one of the best wines of Spain !!! He only works with old vines whose average age is 60 years. Only "los hombros" or the shoulders (the upper part of the grape bunch) are used for its wine, because these are the most ripe grapes that have seen the most sun.

The basic Reserva wine with a lot of personality. Elegant, elegant wine with a lot of complexity. Slightly evolved color. Tempranillo of the elegant type with bite, southern accent, fleshy center, potential, class, everything you look for in a large glass! Grabbing fruit tannins, balanced barrel maturation, length, noble finale. Fincas collects elegance, terroir and muscles in one bottle!

The Fincase de Ganuza Reserva is made from 90% Tempranillo 10% Graciano. The harvest for this beautiful wine is also done entirely manually and all grapes are selected manually. The vineyards are on average 30-40 years old and like all Ganuzas this wine also has a beautiful drinking window and will improve over the years. The ideal drinking period is 2014-2025
