The Imperial Gran Reserva is made from 85% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano, and 5% Mazuelo and raised in new French and American oak barrels for 24 months. With its intense deep red color, it gives aromas of toast, spices, espresso, blackberries and plums in the nose. Medium to full-bodied in the mouth with an attractive texture and ripe flavors. an absolute Top Rioja of which only 22,000 bottles are made.

The vineyards are in the rioja alta. The climate here is still influenced by the Atlantic Ocean. The terroir consists mainly of iron, lime and clay. This wine is made from the best selection of grapes, which are harvested by hand from the vineyards in the Rioja Alavesa. The first part of the fermentation takes about 7 days at a temperature that is lower than 33 ° C.
