The Reserva of luis Canas is a mixture of 95% Tempranillo and 5% Graciano, these come from 40-year-old vines aged in American French oak for 18 months. The Reserva has a modest, subtle bouquet of dark cherries, raspberries, a hint of tobacco and balsamic vinegar. The taste is medium-bodied with smooth, fine tannins and a clear core of cranberry and raspberry. This leads to a finish that consists of subtle leather and tobacco. Great Reserva for a great price.
