This Cava Brut Nature Cuvée Prestige lives up to its name! The Prestige is one of the top models and comes from a single vineyard so this is a 100% Chardonnay of the 'Finca Pinarejo' plot, situated at an altitude of 750m - rock and limestone bottom. A prestigious top cava, clear yellow gold with a nice light and subtle bubble. An intensely aromatic and balanced personality, with an emphasis on mineral notes and ripe fruit (apples) with a small hint of vanilla. Serious and complex with a velvety, intense taste. Velvety, intense, long, creamy with tasty notes in the mouth; with a freshness and acidity that appeals to the taste buds by an extra long cava taste.

This delicious cava owes its taste and quality to the caring method of winery Dominio de la Vega. The grapes are picked carefully by hand at the end of August. Once in the winery, the grapes undergo a second round in the selection process. This is followed by a careful pressing to bring out the nuances of the Chardonnay grapes and the character of the soil (structure and complexity). The wine stays in new French oak barrels for 3 months and then "sur lie" for at least another 30 months.

Dominio de la Vega produces wines and champagnes in a traditional, most natural way, with respect for the environment and without using all kinds of aggressive treatments or industrial processes. The grapes are always harvested in the dark and then stored in a dark, serene place where they can go through the correct aging period in peace.

Tastes great with rice dishes, both red and white meat, game, spicy stews, seafood and hard cheeses.
