The Valderiz Roble 9 Meses is the new version of the Valderiz Roble. This wine has been allowed to mature for 9 months in oak instead of the 6 months of wood aging as the name suggests. The Valderiz 9 meses comes from the Spanish wine region Ribera Del Duero. Made in modern style, therefore more made on fruit and with a touch of wood aging. Tasty, medium acidity and with spicy red fruit. Recommended for lovers of fresh, round, not too heavy wine. Delicious as an aperitif. The ideal drinking temperature is 16 degrees and this Roble is a must for the beautiful Iberico Bellota Ham / Jambon, which we also have in our range. De Roble has had wood education for 9 months. In the nose, the wine is mineral with spices, violets, and black fruit. The wine is fresh and nicely proportioned and is delicious to enjoy for the next 6 years.
