This Corette Sauvignon Blanc is fresh, light, elegant and aromatic. The white wine has a beautiful pale yellow color and has very full aromatic scents of gooseberries and lime on the nose . In addition, some floral tones of honeysuckle and a light, stony odor. Like all Corette wines, this wine is also a so-called monocépage, that is, made from 1 single grape variety. This wine is therefore made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. All in all, this is a fresh, balanced wine that is easy to drink and has a round taste.

After the harvest (early in the morning when it is still cool) the grapes are quickly transported to the cellars. After a cool soak for a couple of hours on the skins - that adds even more beautiful aromas - the grapes are pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 15 to 18 ° C.

This wine is ideal as an aperitif and also tastes great with dishes with fish, chicken and pasta. Also delicious with goat cheese.
