The Domaine Tropez Blanc and Rose are the top models of beautiful wine house from the well-known Saint Tropez. Made from 100% Rolle grape that occurs around Nice. The grape is related to the Vermentino and Malvasia. In the nose we smell ripe fruit, passion fruit and lychees. The wine has an excellent balance between sweet and sour. This is a powerful and intense white wine that goes well with many dishes. Because the stems of the grapes consciously partly soak in the juice, the wine gets extra concentration and strength with notes of apricot, melon and grapefruit. This is a delicious white wine and gastronomic all-rounder, but mostly beautiful with fish and shellfish. The wine has won the Gold medal in Concours Générale Agricole (Paris) and can compete qualitatively with no problems with the AIX, MIP, OTT and Miraval but just a bit more friendly in the price.
