Roxanne ... wife of Alexander the Great, the unrequited love of Cyrano de Bergerac and the eponymous subject of one of Sting's earliest and most famous songs. And now a delicious IGT from Tuscany, which is part of the portfolio of widely acclaimed wines produced in Il Palagio. The wines are organic and certified by BioAgricert.

Roxanne Bianco is a blend of 87% Vermentino, 10% Sauvignon, 3% Viognier. The grapes are harvested by hand between 15 August and 10 September. The fermentation took place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and ripens on its lees for 5 months

In the glass, the Roxanne Bianco has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. In the nose, the wine is elegant, fresh, somewhat floral with notes of citrus, a hint of pineapple and a bit of banana in the distance. In the mouth the freshness returns with a very pleasant acidity. This light, refreshing Bianco Toscana is a versatile and very drinkable wine. Delicious to serve as an aperitif and a perfect accompaniment to fish and vegetables.
