Due to the long maturing process, the wine has a highly developed odor. Aromas of dried fruit (grapes, figs and plums), but also coffee, cocoa and exotic wood. Good, almost syrupy structure in the mouth. Full, powerful, warm and smooth. Elegant, with aromas of coffee and chocolate in the long finish.

Long, oxidative maturation in oak barrels according to the Criadera and Solera system for a period of more than 25 years. Probably one of the most unique sherries of its kind. Unprecedentedly beautiful.
