The 2017 Furfante Sparkling Rosé Frizzante is a cooling, fresh sparkling rosé wine. Very pleasant, accessible, dry & light. The wine has a delicate pink color, an intense bubble with notes of strawberry and cherry, fresh and fruity palate.

The wine is made from various indigenous varieties from central-north Apulia that were harvested in the last week of September. Winemaking: maceration at 22 ° C for 4-5 days, and aging for 5-6 months in vitrified cement vessels.
