Hattingley Valley's first Demi-Sec has a lovely bronze hue with rich caramelised apple and blackberry crumble aromas. Notes of brown sugar, ripe red fruit and pastry on the palate, it has a sweetness that complements the classic English acidity to create a perfectly balaced wine. This is all wrapped up with a long and intense finish.
