Very fine and elegant Spanish red showing complex robust berry fruit and a harmonious oak structure. After careful winemaking and ageing for 12 months in French oak barrels, we find a deep ruby, bright colour, with aromas of red fruit, blueberry and a touch of smokiness. There's an elegant palate, balanced, with good structure and a persistent, tasty long finish. NOSE Intense aroma, black fruit, spicy, cinnamon notes, smoke, roasted coffee, licquorice. PALATE Smooth and silky. Good body, balanced, unctuous and satisfying finish that has nuances of licquorice and black plum.
