The Story Behind The Wine
Emile Bertaud Grande Reserve is our top of the range red wine, a single vineyard red Bordeaux from Côtes-de-Bourg, Bordeaux.
This small batch, high density, single vineyard wine has been carefully destined to set a new benchmark in Côtes-de-Bourg winemaking.
Tasting Notes
Our tasting revealed an intense crimson colour with purple bright shades. The nose is fresh and fruity with dark fruit berries notes. Complex yet elegant structure, rounded by subtle tannins and a long finish. Perfect match with cold cuts, red meat, cheese and dark chocolate dessert.
