Melbourne-born Jane Eyre-Renard, having got the wine bug, worked the vintage in
Burgundy before studying winemaking at Charles Sturt University, and then
completing stages at Cullen in Margaret River, and Felton Road in New Zealand.
She came back to Europe in 2003 and worked 3 months for Ernie Loosen in the
Mosel before getting a job in Burgundy with Domaine des Comtes Lafon in January
2004.
