Traditional vinification in vats with careful temperature control, with cold maceration deliberately limited to 12 days to allow for delicate and non-aggressive tannins. 80% of the wine is aged in tank and 20% in oak barriques. Hints of spice and chocolate, as well as floral aromas and black berry fruit and cherry.
