Expressive, exotic peach flavour. Very open, friendly and fruity. Well balanced, good length, very clean.
Best served between 10°C and 12°C.
Ready to drink now, should be drunk within 18 months.
Type of soil: Clay and limestone terroir close to the Thau Lagoon. Limestone soils from the cretaceous.
Maturing: 5 to 6 months in stainless steel tank.
Vinification: 100% De-stemmed - Under temperature control.
