Engelmann Cuvée is a Chardonnay dominant expression of the noble grape varieties made famous in a little town called Champagne. However, the wines from English Oak vineyard are remarkably expressive of the terroir and showcase their identity as English Sparkling Wine, rather than an attempt at a Champagne imitation. This lovely English Sparkling has notes of ripe green apple, freshly baked croissant and a savoury finish of garrigue herbs. Unique but undeniably brilliant.
