On the palate, refined and mineral with hints of brioche and marzipan. The texture is silky and generous leading to a rich and lengthy finish. Great aperitif. Try with crab tortellini, roasted langoustine tails with parmesan gnocchi or pan fired scallops with a celeriac puree.
