A magnum (1.5 litre) bottle of Pol Roger which needs no introduction, the favoured Champagne of Sir Winston Churchill who they honoured by naming their prestige cuvée after him. The winery is one of the few which is still family owned, only adding to its integrity. The blend is comprised of equal proportions of the three traditional Champagne grapes Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The wine is elegant and beguiling showing a wonderful brioche character owing to the additional bottle ageing it receives to ensure its ready for immediate enjoyment, though it does age splendidly.
