David's Riesling comes from Bryksy's Hill vineyard, planted in the Watervale section of the Clare Valley in 2000 at an altitude of 440 metres. So much of the Vinteloper winemaking is about getting great fruit, being intuitive and letting nature take its course. Bone dry, with soaring natural acidity, in that inimitable Aussie fashion. Limes, green apples, and fresh jasmine flowers, all wrapped up in Sharon's iconic artwork. Just 521 cases were produced of this brilliant 2016 vintage.
