1/3 of the total volume ferments in new French oak for seven months, and the rest was fermented in tanks at low temperature, enriched with several months of bâtonnage by hand both in barrels and vats. On the nose, white-fleshed peach, pineapple, lemon, freshly - reaped straw, vanilla and toasted bread. A judiciously oaked Chardonnay, full-bodied, fresh, clean, quite oily, with a well-balanced acidity. An enduring, fruity finish. Drink now to 2027.
