This small village produces great wines and this is a typical example. Fermentation is temperature controlled for 6 -8 days and then 5 months in stainless steel tanks. The soil of schists, manganese with oxidized iron traces does give the wine it unique taste. A flowery bouquet, with a hint of cherry and, a taste of blackberries and redcurrants. A truly elegant wine.
