A pale lemon colour which is beautifully clear in the glass. Wonderful fruit aromas of peach, apricot, fresh cut grass, gooseberries and crisp green apples envelope the nose. A punchy palate follows through with the fruit elements classic to Bacchus, and a crisp apple acidity that balances the texture well.  An attractive and elegant dry white wine that is a very good example of an English Bacchus.
