Named after the 1884 Bear Flag revolt which created the Californian State flag, this Zinfandel is source from the premium Dry Creek and Monte Rosso vineyards. Winemaker Arron Piotter is a native of Sonoma and is a master at producing enjoyable styles from the challenging Zinfandel grape. A structured, full bodied wine with a jammy nose followed by dark fruit, vanilla and oak, balanced by elegant structure and refreshing acidity.
