No malo. Made in big wooden casks. Quite nutty, toasted-corn aromas. Bags of richness and concentration, fully ripe golden fruit and crackling green acidity. Cashew notes lurking in the background you can see the direction that this wine will develop in. Lychees and long and savoury finish. Stunning, it shimmers like a mouthful of liquid shot silk. Description:An extraordinarily fine and subtle bouquet of young tropical fruits and white melon, as well as hints of citrus fruits and ladyfinger bananas. Dense but with a very elegant texture on the palate. All components are very harmoniously integrated. The aroma exhibits hints of white apples and young fresh pears. Totally unobtrusive and delicate acid structure. A highly subtle minerality and a filigree but nevertheless aromatic length. Hints of citrus fruits and sea salt in the finish. A Grand Cru of calm superiority.
Food recommendation: An ideal wine along with poached or roasted fish, seafood, veal or chicken dishes and pasta.
