Grauburgunder wines from the Ihringer Winklerberg are marked by a minerality that adds elegance and finesse to their power.
Brilliant bouquet of young pears, tart yellow apples, light apricot and a touch of candied lemon peel. Both rich on the palate and transparent in the aroma. A very subtile salty minerality backs the body. Marvellously attractive with a shining expressive fruit but also finely nuanced and with an unobtrusive depth. Really discreet density, animating fresh finish.

Food recommendation: An excellent wine along grilled fish, savoury roasts, chicken and feathered game as well as with hearty. Mediterranean fare. Also a good recommendation for mild cheeses, spicy or tapas.
